Conductive Grid Tapes are three layer tapes that have a conductive grid buried between two static dissipating co-polymer substrates. They provide an anti-static non-sparking surface on both the inside and the outside that will not shed, crack, chip or rub off. Available on 3″ cores. These tapes meet or exceed requirements of ANSI ESD-S20.20 and ESDA Standard 1.1-2006.
Applications:
Packaging requiring EMI Shielding
Sealing ESD packaging and containers
Secure (bundle) IC DIP tubes
Tape dispensing: voltage generated by unrolling will effectively be reduced to zero
Used as ESD symbols for ESD awareness
